Forum Design Improvements

Hey! Just wanted to send a little feedback, from my recent experiences on the forum.

• It would be great it the page numbers/buttons could appear at the top of the page as well as the bottom (in mobile view).
• The link in the notification email would be so much more helpful if it took you to the point in the thread that triggered it, or at least the same page. I've been following the recent suggestions thread, and had a fair few email notifications - but every time I end up page 1
