Can "Allow Multiple Items" be determined by a Template
I am using HTML "snippets" to generate HTML code via PHP, however is there a way to determine if content creators can use multiple items (or not).
While things like Required are useful, I need more power.

Hi,
It is still allowing me to create multiple instances of the element in Perch, even though I have 'multiple' => false
It sets the initial options. Those options can be changed in the UI.
