User whos access only allows them to see one page
I have a Perch install with a large number of pages. Is it possible to have a user account where the user only sees one particular page of my choice (i dont want them to see all the other pages)?

Not pages, but you can restrict regions. (There's an option in Settings to hide regions.)
We don't currently hide pages, as that would break the navigation tree - although we're considering adding this as an option as lots of people seem to want to do that regardless.
