Adding Custom Fields To Shop Emails

Hi

How can add custom customer fields to the confirmation emails in Perch Shop please?

We're trying to include the customer's telephone number on the confirmation emails as the product the client sells requires a phone call after an order has been placed. Currently, the only way to get the phone number is to log into perch and find it under additional information in the order details, which is time-consuming and frustrating.

Although this is a small thing, we do have a pissed off client (their words) that something in their eyes is relatively simple and can't be done because the CMS "is shit" (his words again!).

The client also pointed out that the emails Perch Shop send out are actually breaking the law as they don't comply with the Companies Act which, to be fair, is true.

He was having a rant so I said I would pass on his thoughts!
