Members pay to post ads?

I'm wondering if Perch would be suitable for a real estate web project. Could Members/Shop be used so that a member could pay to post their apartment/house for rent/to buy? Paid for classified type of thing. Similar to what dribble do for job ads (https://dribbble.com/jobs/info) but for properties.

The ad would need to expire after X days.
