Mailchimp Errors

Hi,

I am getting the following error popping up a lot in my log:

[Sun Jan 29 23:35:27.784976 2017] [:error] [pid 1254:tid 140645406521088] [client 205.201.140.14:25944] File does not exist: /home/newgatewatches/public_html/admin/addons/apps/perch_mailchimp/webhooks/unsubscribe.php

I have looked and the file does not exist, but I have downloaded a new copy of the app and it does not exist there either. Can you advise how I should proceed? Have I missed a file being auto-generated in setup?
