Upgrading an old perch site

I've inherited an old perch site (2.1.4) and was looking at updating to at least the last release of v2. I downloaded the latest version from our perch account. But its diverged too far and does not seem to be updatable.

Is there somewhere I can download previous versions to do a slower migration version by version ? What would you recommend ?
