Bypass the cart checkout in shop

Hello,

Is it possible to bypass the cart/payment in the shop app?

A client of ours is looking to install a non-e-commerce product catalogue with a free sample service and we wondered if Perch and the shop app would be suitable.

Customers would add products to cart, however no payment will ever be taken. 'Orders' are treated as sample requests.
