Page options/Navigations groups error

Where Navigation Groups should be in the Page Options is the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method PerchDB_MySQLi::get_rows_flat() in /home/sixmilecreek1485/public_html/perch/core/apps/content/PerchContent_Page.class.php on line 149

Also, Page Regions are not showing correctly. All are mimicing the regions of the index page. How to fix?
