Php error message in dashboard

I am getting the following error message in Page Options for individual pages where Navigation Groups choices should be listed:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method PerchDB_MySQLi::get_rows_flat() in 
/home/sixmilecreek1485/public_html/perch/core/apps/content/PerchContent_Page.class.php on line 149

Also Editing Regions of all the inside pages are reading like the Index page, giving Regions only found on the Index page.
