Multiple Blog Permission

Hello,

I have a client who needs multiple different blogs (or Sections within the blog app). Each blog "belongs" to a separate client who needs their own login and access to their own blog. Is it possible to assign permissions for particular users (or roles) to access only their blog section, and not others?

If not, how might you suggest I go about this problem? Multiple item regions?
