Showing/hiding shopping cart functionality based on member level?

I have a project for a client where I'm considering teaming Perch with FoxyCart via the FoxyCart app.

For a general visitor to the website, the site's product area needs to show a subset of information about a product but without the ability to make a purchase. If you're logged into the site as a distributor (using Perch member functionality), it needs to show more information, including price and buy functionality. Is this possible? And is it possible to have more than one price field so that different membership level holders see different prices?
