Creating additional columns in Blog Admin

Hi there

Here is the standard Blogs interface in the Admin: https://s23.postimg.org/sx1tx2ayy/lbo.jpg

The people who update these offers (blogs) have asked if the following is possible:

• An additional column which contains either the Company Name (which is a new field in the blog template post) or if it's easier then 'Author'?

Could you let me know if this is possible please.
