Clearing database test data

Hi,

I have a shop that is ready to go live, whilst testing we have created a lot of test data, customers, orders and member data. I'm aware that Perch Runway performs a logical delete, rather than hard delete.

Can we empty those three database tables without any repercussions? If not, do you have any suggestions for clearing this data?
