Perch auto-generated email spoofing

Hi, we are currently building a site LEBC (https://test.lebc-group.com) and they aren’t receiving the auto-generated emails from the forms because their spam system is seeing that they are being ‘spoofed’ from the address website@lebc-group.com.

Their IT team will be able to add an SPF record to their DNS to allow the emails to get through if we can provide the IP address and hostname of the server the emails are being generated from: 1. Will the IP address of the mail server sender just be the server the site is sat on? 2. How do we find the hostname of the server?
