Runway with MS SQL Server?

Hello,

I'm trying to see if I can install Runway on IIS and use MS SQL Server instead of MySQL (yep, I'm in a whole world of pain). I noticed that Runway uses PDO and wondered if its database calls are sufficiently generic to allow this - or am I on a hiding to nothing?
