Secret w uppercase letters

In your docs under Scheduled Tasks it says that a secret for cron jobs needs to be lowercase ...

This should be lowercase letters and numbers, and no spaces. This will have been created automatically for you as part of the setup process.

The docs also say the secret will be auto-created. In my config.local.php file I see my auto-created secret, but it has caps, is that ok? Or should I change it to lowercase? (And if I change it to lowercase, will stuff break?)
