Form App File Uploads Help

I'm having some issues with the file upload option in the forms app.

  1. what needs to be added to filetypes.ini for the form to accept .docx files?

  2. It appears that that I'm able to successfully add a pdf file to my form, but I can't find the file in Perch. Where do files uploaded through the form app go?

  1. You need to add the mime type for a docx file, if you believe the ones already in the file are incorrect.

  2. The uploaded files are available to download from the form response detail page.
