Auto populate contact us form with registration page details

Hi,

I have a registration page perch form inside perch_members and I want to auto populate contact us form page using the information submitted inside registration page.

I have used same Ids for fields, I think it should auto populate on page load however please how how to do it.

Perch Runway 2.8.25

If I keep file in members template folder and use both perch_members tag and perch_forms tag. It still don't auto populate.
