Tweets no longer updated

I'm using the perch_twitter app but my tweets are no longer being updated - they stopped in December. I've had a look at my settings and I can't see anything wrong. but I haven't had any errors since. Any help would be much appreciated.

Ah! Failed to see that button. Yes it updated the tweets! I thought that they would come in automatically - I have it set to check every day.

In that case the problem is that they aren't being updated everyday when they should be.

No - how do I do that? I have ftp access..... or do I need to log into cpanel?

When you installed Runway there was a step on configuring scheduled tasks. Did you follow that or did you skip it?

If you skipped it, go to the Scheduled Tasks section under Settings and follow the instructions there.
