Blog post issue

Over the weekend we had to restart the server and now when saving a blog post we receive this message.

Did you Google the error? It looks like you might be exceeding your server's limit for query size:

This isn't related to file upload, it's query size. You should speak to whoever maintains your server.

My hosting has put the query size at maximum and this problem this continues... Is there anything else that can explain this?

We can't really assist with hosting configuration issues, and don't have anything from you that indicates anything other than that.

Have they suggested why the server would be reporting that error if that's not in fact the problem?
