BUG: Assets used in navigation template gets deleted.

We've created a navigation template that uses images. Perch doesn't recognize these images in that template as being used and deletes them after a certain period of time causing blank images on our client's website. We recognized the bug today after it happened a second time.

As a quick solution, we've marked these items as library assets so that Perch doesn't delete them but it would be great if they were recognized as being used to eliminate the extra step.
