Nope, but the site that is allocated no longer exists so I do not need to allocate that website to that license. Ideally it should just show that the license is available for me to use rather than allocating it to a site that does not exist...
In your account at https://account.perchcms.com/, locate the license and update its details there.

You can replace the domain name with a dash.
