Suddenly I cant login to my development domain on localhost. I've checked and changed the development domain settings but keep getting the same error message...Sorry, your license key isn't valid for this domain
The license is for www.thesocialchangeagency.org.
I cant provide diagnostics report because I cant log in

you are trying to activate as tsca, you have put in your account localhost/tsca - you need to update the local domain to tsca.
