Backup App & Perch 3

Just a quick observation - Is the backup app now officially deprecated for Perch 3?

I only seem to be able to find a download here in the archive? https://addons.perchcms.com/archive

I was expecting to see it here? https://addons.perchcms.com

That's right. We didn't really think it was a good enough solution.

Okay - Is there any plans for a new one? Or is runway the way to go from now on for proper backups?

There's not any plans currently, as the way it's implemented in Runway is the better way to do it.
