Error downloading a backup zip

How big is the file?
100MB.
I wonder if the script timed out part way through generating the backup and has left you with a partial file.
How long did it take to generate?
Backing up database, resources and customizations took about 25 seconds and zip is 29MB.
So not 100MB? Does it open now?
Depends on what backup i choose. Full backup is around 500MB. Still got error 2.
If you backup just the database, does that make any difference?
Yes that will work. Only few MBs and take way less time to generate.
It sounds like you're hitting some sort of resource limit and the file is being truncated.
How can i fix this? Would like to backup the whole system some time too.
You need to figure out which limit is being hit. Did you say there was nothing in your server error log?
I'll see if I can find any limit. Removed the server error log before I tried the backup app, will enable this again and see.
