Combining member forms and regular forms?

I have a client who would like visitors to fill out a form before being able to access downloads on their site. This allows my client to collect email addresses and the contents of the form fields for marketing purposes.

My first instinct was to use the members app. While visitors would need to setup a password, they'd be able to view the content from any device with their login. However, the members app doesn't appear to have a way to export the member list.

In Perch (not Runway), is there a way to have a form serve both as a members' registration form AND a regular Perch form? That would let visitors register and access files on the site, as well as allow my client to collect visitor info they can download as a CSV.
