Redactor editor not working

Hi, I am trying to install Redactor editor on https://inakidomingo.lapatineta.com but it gives me this errors on Chrome:

Refused to execute script from 'https://inakidomingo.lapatineta.com/perch/addons/plugins/editors/redactor/redactor/redactor.min.js' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.
inakidomingo.lapatineta.com/:106 Uncaught TypeError: self.redactor is not a function

Otherwise Markitup is not showing when selected...
