Forms not showing up in Form section of control panel.
FORMS app installed I can not get the contactform.html to install in form app dropdown area error No forms have been submitted yet. Submit a new form to have it show up here.

Perch is out of date, so the first thing to do is to update Perch to the current version.
Let us know if you still have the issue afterwards.
The site is too complex to do that easily so I guess we just do without the forms app. According to the directions, it is suppose to work with version 2.8 and up. If that is not the case, please change the directions. I would not have taken the time to set this up if I had know.
We offer support for the latest versions of our product and the apps as we fix issues constantly based on what comes into support. We can't offer support for very old versions of our software - as you may be running into issues already fixed. So even if we went through a debugging process with you, then the end result is most likely to be that you need to update.
Unless you have modified the Perch software there is no reason you should not be able to update. So if you would like help with your issue post back once you have updated with your new diagnostics report.
I am afraid to up date to the latest version as the last site I updated did not work correctly and when I restored the site it corrupted the files and I had to move it manually to a new server with new version of php. I do not have the time to do that with this site. I will check out the form on another site. May still need help there.
Hi Carol, have you filled out the form and submitted it? Did you get the success message? This should then prompt Perch to bring the form into the form listing area.

Perch Runway has a minimum requirement of PHP 5.4 or greater.
