open perch form in browser

Sorry for very beginner's question. I try to follow step by step the video and the after install the Perch on the hosting space (I use cPanel) I stuck on the step "open the Perch in your browser". Localhost adress (I copied the same than on video) shows Error. What URl I need tape in browser for access the Perch?

Do you know the domain or IP address that points to your hosting? Use that, and then add /perch onto the end.
