Multi-lingual site

I have an norwegian artist who wants her site in both norwegian and english language. Did some research and found this: https://solutions.grabaperch.com/architecture/how-do-i-create-a-multilingual-site

Is this an easy setup or more of an advanced job? What is the best way to build the menu, so that can be translated as well? Last page I made with Perch i used the perch content function on a page i had already made. Should i build this different to make it easier to install?

It should be fairly easy to set up.

One way to do the navigation would be to set the normal page titles in one language, and add the translations as page attributes.
