Minor CSS issue in Perch Admin

It looks like styling for div#template-help may have been accidentally omitted from the styling changes in admin done for Perch 3. Anything added to <perch:help> in a template appears butted right up to the left column. I've just spotted this as not many of my templates use <perch:help>. It appears that it might need a 24px left and right margin. I can override this in the 'ui' of course, but thought you might like to know and adjust it in a future update.
