When using related blocks within a repeater, selectize is not instantiated on new repeater sections. This causes related/selectized fields to be unresponsive until the page is refreshed.

Can you post your diagnostic report?
You can't actually use blocks within a repeater, so this isn't totally surprising.
I can also attest to this issue. The items are actually selectable, but they look "unstyled" until saved. Therefore not exactly a huge problem, but customers have commented on it "Not working" because of it looking different.
I believe it happens with related content inside of either a block or a repeater.
