Perch Runway Assets not being backed up to Dropbox

I am running Perch Runway backup to Dropbox. DB is backing up fine, but assets don't seem to be working. DB is backing up once an hour, and the cron job is running every 10 mins. I am just getting an IN PROGRESS status in Perch.

There are some fairly large files in there (PDFs for download), could this be causing the issue? There is nothing I can see in the error logs. I have a max_execution_time of 600 - could the files possibly be timing out? Largest is approx 50MB. Any suggestions you may have would be great.

Diagnostics is below:

Yes, that could be causing the issue. Are smaller files being transferred?

Historically, yes. Last ones were successfully transferred in January, then the backup has been showing the In Progress message since.

There are smaller files that have been added since then that have not been transferred though. I would be happy not backing up the large PDFs, the product images are the important bits (these are a lot smaller, originals around 5MB)

We can't really make it selective about what gets backed up and what doesn't. It all gets backed up.

Have you looked at the past forum posts for others who have had this problem? I can't remember the exact resolution but I know it was fixed.
