How to unapply Runway upgrade

Yesterday, in an effort to fix a site, I upgraded to Runway. I was not ready to apply the upgrade to my live domain. How can I unapply the upgrade?

Perch Runway: 3.0.4, PHP: 5.4.45, MySQL: 5.6.35, with PDO
Server OS: Linux, cgi-fcgi

You'll need to restore from backups.

There is no rollback feature.

Yes, just restore from the backup you took prior to upgrading.

In my account, the Runway license has been applied. Won't that need to be changed back to the Perch license key in order that I can access my Perch dashboard upon restore?

When you apply the upgrade your live settings at that point will continue to work with the live site.
