how do I create a select list of available pages on my site

I have a region that allows the user to input a link to a page on the site. I'd like this field to be a select that lists all the pages on the site so they can just click on a page name and the url is added to text on the page. How do I create that? I see the following page as an [example of a select] (https://docs.grabaperch.com/docs/templates/attributes/type/select/), but I don't see how to incorporate the list of pages available.
