Drag to reorder items within a repeater on IOS.

Can I just confirm whether I should be able to reorder items within a Repeater on an Ipad? If I touch the number in the panel that I would normally hover over with the cursor I get the delete button and moving icon but it doesn't respond to dragging.

Is that as expected? If so is there any other way of reordering on a tablet?
