Career Application Uploading PDF in Forms App
I am trying to figure out if there is a way for an applicant to fill out a form and upload their resume in the form and instead of saving/storing it to a folder/directory have it be an attachment in an email that is sent directly to the HR team?
Yes, you can do that using the Forms app. You'll need to specify a folder to upload it to, but once uploaded it can be attached to the email.
Okay any tips on how to specify that folder, I am having the issue come up now that says the folder is not writable by php? I am not sure why the folder specified is not writable
What permissions have you set on the folder?
So i figured out the issue is that I am trying to upload this folder to the server via FTP so I do not have access to change the permissions. Is there a simple way to explain how to change the permissions to the company that has direct access to the server?
The folder just need to have read and write permission by the user that PHP runs as.
