Button for deleting a block not visible in IE11

One of my customers has reported an issue with Perch Admin displays of blocks, when using IE11. In Chrome (for example) on the right of every block you can see a greyed out circle containing a white cross. By hovering on the block, the circle turns black. By hovering on the circle itself, it turns red. When using IE11, the circle itself isn't visible. The only way you can find it is by moving the cursor until it changes to a hand. It looks like the button may be an svg file? Any chance of getting a fix for this (or a suggestion for getting around it for now)?

Are they running any extensions to IE11? Ad blockers or anything like that?

Not as far as I've been told. They are running IE11 in Windows 7. I can replicate the problem running IE11, in Windows 8 under Parallels/OSX. So, I would say its an issue that's specific to IE11.
