setup form just refreshes

I'm trying to go through the setup process but I'm getting a PHP error, the setup form just refreshes on submit.
Can I post my findings from the error log? They don't make sense to me!

Please do - my first thought would be that perhaps PHP sessions aren't quite set up correctly on your server.
