Switching Master Pages
Hi all,
I have a site in Perch and need to swap the master page assigned to a parent page. Is this possible? Am I missing something as I can't see it under page options.

It's possible in Runway, but not in Perch.
Ahh ok , thanks Drew. Will it come down to Perch or is that always likely to be a Runway only feature
The issue is that Perch creates files for each page. To change the master page really results in replacing the file with a different one - except we don't know if that file has since been modified.
It's probably solvable with a bunch of work, but as Perch users aren't typically asking for that feature it's not something we have on our radar.
Fair enough, design changes mean I am swapping out templates from time to time, bit of a pain when you have pages and sub pages.
Yes, I agree it's a pain. If it was a simple task I'd just do it - but it's quite a lot of work to ensure the integrity of the pages.
That's cool, is it worth me adding it to suggestions d'you think?
It can't hurt. Maybe others feel the same.
