Can Clients Change the Name of a Region
Is there a way for a client to add their own regions and then change the name of that specific region?

No, Regions are added to the page by the developer as a place for Perch Content to go.
What problem are you trying to solve?
Hi Rachel, The reason I asked the question is because I was wondering if it was possible to allow a client to have their own "building blocks" so they could choose from a variety of regions to include in a specific webpage.
Or to put it another way, I would have a variety of pre-created regions that they could choose to include or exclude in each of their webpages. It's almost like building your own website with pre determined blocks to choose from.
