There's an example in the Nest demo site.
Looks great. I was looking for some live examples as well if you or anyone else know of any?
I don't personally keep a list, but perhaps others might chip in.
The Powered by Perch site may help? Tonnes of examples of different Perch driven sites there using all the different apps.

Here's a site we published a few months ago featuring the Paypal app: https://thelittlemill.ie
Just a usability issue on this site that I spotted as I tried it out. 'Add to cart' does that, and shows a small popup. If you're only buying one thing you can then head to PayPal checkout from there. But if you stay in the site there seems to be no way of showing the cart later, without adding something else to it.
