New member notification without needing approval
Is it possible to notify by email that a new member has registered without needing approval? I've added the 'Email address of moderator' as my own but I'm not receiving a notification and yes I've checked my junk.
And also is it possible for the welcome email to be sent out without needing approval first?
The purpose of the email is primarily to notify the admin of a member needing approval, so if they don't need approval the email doesn't currently get sent.
It would be nice to have the option if that's something you could consider for a future update.
My client would like to be notified so she can quickly make a note of new members without having to log in to the CMS.
We certainly will consider it.
+1 (same request from a client who'd like to be notified of new registrations even if no approval is required)
