Would love to be able to search or filter members. I currently have a site with 800+ members and its a bit of a headache finding and editing them without search/filter.

Have you discovered that you can sort by the list headings?
Yes, I think you can only sort by email address currently, so not everyone uses their name. Would definitely help if you could sort by name.
