My username and password don't work and I can't make any changes

Hi everyone,

can anybody help me? I don't know how can I change my username and password to edit my website control panel.

Have you tried the reset password option on the login page.

Laura, if you do not have the option to reset password enabled, you may have to go into the database and change the username and password in table perch2_users.

use the following:

username: username password: $P$BAyNXRJOFGiLR/6ddoa2GtNTmhhtPl1

This will set your username/password to: username / password and then you can login and change.

Another way is if you still have setup files on the server, you could backup (or change name) of config.php then clear the contents of config.php and go to www.yourdomain/perch/setup and rerun the setup.
