Hello,
There seems to be a bug with menu manager, I have created a new menu for users with a privilege.
But the menu appears even if the logged in user does not have that privilege, if I assign the privilege to each item in the menu that removes the item but the menu title remains.

Yes. I also reported this same issue and the newest available version has corrected this issue.
This is still a problem with the latest update.
Did you try to remove the menu and add again?
Yes, plus this is a new 3.0.9 build.
