PayPal Shop - Display selected value from productOptions_html

Hi, I have a quick question. I need to pass the value of productOptions_html into Roman Cart variable. I have used the Paypal app to display the products etc, and changed they way it works slightly. I hope this is Ok. I plan to pass this code back into community later.

How do I get the value of the selected product option?

We can't really offer support if you're using a modified version of the app, as we've got no idea what we're supporting.

Can I get this from in a variable?
