Redactor Perch 3: link text when uploading a file

Hi When I upload a pdf, the link text is generated from the file name. (Shortcode: [cms:asset NN]) Is there a way to set the link text right there in Redactor manually? Like this. Thanks

I think at the moment you need to set the title on the asset in order to do that.
