Members filtering / search

Can you give a rough idea when the members app will be updated to have some simple filtering of the list of members?

It does not have to be an exact date (even the year of expected release would be good). If it is a long way off I will need to do something myself to keep a customer happy. If it is within a few months then I wont need to.
